Privacy Policy

Only what you type into the quote form: your first name, email address, phone number and the property address. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create, no login and no profile stored anywhere.

The form is handled by Web3Forms, a third party form service. When you submit it, those fields are passed through Web3Forms and delivered to crystalcleana1windowservices@gmail.com. We do not keep a copy on this website, because this website has no database.

To quote your job and to contact you about it. That is the whole purpose. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or passed to any other company, and you will not be added to a marketing list without asking for it.

If you decide not to book, there is no follow up sequence. Nobody here is paid on commission to keep calling you.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Two third party services can load on some pages and may set their own cookies or record a request. Google Maps loads on the service area and contact pages so you can see where we work. Google Fonts are self hosted and served from this domain, so no request goes to Google for them.

Quote enquiries arrive as email and are kept for as long as they are useful for the job and for normal business records. If you want yours deleted, ask and it will be deleted.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. Since the only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily put in the quote form, and it is never sold, those requests are straightforward. Use the same phone number or email.

Before and after photographs get taken on most jobs, because they are how the work gets shown honestly. Every image on this website is one of them. There is no stock photography anywhere on this site.

Shots are framed on the surface being cleaned. House numbers, vehicles, license plates, people and anything through a window are kept out of frame or left out of anything published. Nothing is captioned with a street address, and nothing identifies whose house it is.

If you would rather no photographs were taken at your property at all, say so and none will be. If something of yours is already on the site and you want it taken down, call (805) 952-5718 or email crystalcleana1windowservices@gmail.com and it comes down, no reason needed.

This is a window cleaning company. The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

If how the site handles data changes, this page changes with it. There is no version history to dig through because the page describes what is true now.
