Owner operated on the Central Coast
Corey Byler followed his father into this trade
He has been cleaning glass and washing property across San Luis Obispo County ever since. Same phone number, same truck, same person who shows up.
A trade you learn by doing it badly first
Window cleaning looks simple from the outside. Water, soap, a squeegee. Anybody who has tried it on their own house knows within about ten minutes that it is not, because the streaks show up as soon as the sun hits the glass and there is no obvious reason why.
Corey learned it from his father. That is a genuinely different education from buying a pressure washer and printing flyers. You learn what a squeegee edge does when it is a week old versus a day old. You learn that too much soap is the single most common cause of streaking, not too little. You learn to read the weather, because cleaning glass in direct afternoon sun on the Central Coast means the solution dries before you can pull it off.
Most of what makes the difference is knowledge that never appears on a price list. Which elevation to start on when the marine layer is still sitting. When mineral on a pane is a deposit that will come off and when it has etched into the glass and never will. Why you never point a pressure washer at a roof, whoever is asking and whatever they are offering to pay.
That is also why the work stayed local. Crystal Clean A1 runs out of two locations, the main one at 265 Foothill Blvd, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 and a second up in Atascadero. Two bases in one county is not about looking bigger. It is what makes covering North County and the South County beach towns in the same week practical instead of a mess of driving.

Four things we will not bend on
The owner is on the job
Corey Byler quotes the work and Corey is there doing it. Not a sales rep with a clipboard and a crew you have never met. On a site visit you are talking to the person whose name is on the license.
Nothing is subcontracted
Not one part of any job goes to another company. Our crew, our equipment, our insurance. If something gets damaged, there is no argument about whose problem it is, because there is only one company involved.
You get told the truth about your glass
If hard water has already etched a pane, we say so before we start rather than taking the money and disappointing you. If a screen is torn or a seal has failed, you hear it from us. Some jobs we turn down because pressure would damage the surface.
The job ends with a walk around
Every job, residential or commercial. We go around the property with you before packing up, and anything you are not happy with gets put right there and then. That is the whole guarantee and it does not need small print.
What we deliberately do not claim
Plenty of contractor websites carry a founding year, a job count and a wall of certification logos. You will not find those here, because we would rather leave a gap than fill it with something you cannot check. What is on this site is verifiable: a license number you can look up, an insurance certificate we will send you on request, two Google Business Profiles with real reviews under real names, and an address you can drive to.
Real reviews, real Central Coast addresses
The light literally shines brighter
Every word below is lifted straight from Corey's Google profile. Nothing written by us, nothing tidied up.
No obligation, no pressure, no call center
We Guarantee 100% Satisfaction
Every job finishes the same way: a walk around with you before we pack up, so anything you are not happy with gets put right there and then. Corey Byler is the one doing that walk around. Business License #17881, insured to $1,000,000, and no part of the job handed to somebody else.
